7 How Long We Keep Your Data

Criciya retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. The following retention periods apply:

  • Account data: Retained for the duration of your account and for 5 years after account closure, in line with anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Transaction records: Retained for 7 years to comply with financial record-keeping requirements.
  • KYC documents: Retained for 5 years after account closure, then securely deleted.
  • Support communications: Retained for 2 years after the conversation is closed.
  • Analytics data: Anonymised after 12 months and retained in aggregate form indefinitely.
  • Marketing preferences: Retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion.

When data reaches the end of its retention period, Criciya deletes it securely using methods that prevent recovery. You will not receive a notification for routine scheduled deletions, but you can request confirmation that your data has been deleted by contacting support.

9 Children's Privacy

Criciya is strictly an adult platform. The minimum age to register and use Criciya is 18 years. Criciya does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.

If Criciya discovers that an account has been registered by a person under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all funds will be returned to the payment source, and all associated data will be deleted. If you believe a minor has registered on Criciya, please contact support immediately at [email protected].

Age verification: Criciya uses automated and manual age verification checks during registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Accounts that cannot confirm the player is 18 or older will be suspended pending verification.
